The block printed Tote bags are hand made by skilled craftsmen and women in small batches. Quilted with cotton for durability but lightweight, spacious and foldable, the Ladies Cotton Tote bag is ideal for travel, a day around town shopping, trip to the yoga studio or gym, or simply a stylish replacement for your handbag.

Fully reversible, the cotton tote is lined with a coordinating cotton print lining and additional piping for durability. It has a convenience inner pocket, and contains no synthetic material, only genuine natural cotton - better for you and the environment.

Due to the nature of small batch hand manufacture, print or ink variations and splashes may naturally occur and only help to make your piece more unique.

FOR ALL EU, CANADA & USA CUSTOMERS : OUR PRICES INCLUDE ALL VAT/TAXES AND DUTIES. THESE WILL BE PREPAID BY US SO THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE NO CHARGES ON DELIVERY .

Customers are fully responsible for Customs and other import related charges applied to Goods we ship outside the EU, CANADA & USA.

Please note next day delivery only applies to orders placed before mid day, with next day referring to the next working day (Mon-Fri). If placed after this cut-off then delivery will be the next working day after.

Personalised Orders : Please note that due to the time involved in personalising, an extra 4 days delivery time should be added to the above timescales when selecting Standard shipping. If selecting Express Shipping, delivery will be 3 working days to the UK and 7 working days to the rest of the world.

Can I have my order quicker?

Yes, if you need your order in a hurry or before a specific date, please select the chargeable Express shipping option at checkout, at which stage you will be advised of the delivery time and cost involved.

How will my order be delivered?

In our experience “The Royal Mail” and “Parcelforce” are the best guys in the UK for delivering smaller packets. Whilst for European and the Rest of the world we will use the Mail service for standard delivery, GLS, DHL, DPD or UPS (for express)...whoever we believe is best for your country.

When should I expect delivery of my order?

Royal Mail normally deliver in the mornings so you should expect delivery before 1pm between Monday and Saturday, however delivery times tend to vary during extremely busy periods when several deliveries take place later than expected. We advise to order earlier to avoid any unforeseen delays.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes. Your purchase is valuable to us so we have to make sure you get it safely which means we need a signature. Sometimes it is up to your local postman to decide whether or not to allow someone other than you to sign for the package. (This may happen if we are delivering to a work address where parcels are signed for at reception.)

Can I send to an alternative delivery address?

Yes, you can send your order to a different address to that registered to your card.

However note that because of the nature of online shopping we take additional measures to make sure that alternative delivery addresses are not potentially fraudulent. Whilst we make every effort to make sure deliveries to alternative addresses are dispatched as quickly as possible, please be aware that such orders are subject to delays. In order to speed this process up we recommend that your alternative address is one of the following:

- A place of work

- A relatives’ address

- A nearby address

What happens if I’m not in when they try to deliver?

In most cases the postman will leave a calling card to say that they tried to deliver. There will be instructions on it for you to follow. You can either pick the parcel up from your local post office or Parcelforce depot or you can rearrange delivery using the relevant Royal Mail or Parcelforce website.

We recommend that you act quickly in case a parcel has not been delivered to you as it might be returned to us after a week.

I’ve still not received my order; what should I do?

If you have received an email from us saying that your order has been shipped and do not receive your watch within five working days of this email please contact us. We’ll track the parcel down for you and let you know what we can do to help.
