How will my order be delivered?
In our experience “The Royal Mail” and “Parcelforce” are the best guys in the UK for delivering smaller packets. Whilst for European and the Rest of the world we will use the Mail service for standard delivery, GLS, DHL, DPD or UPS (for express)...whoever we believe is best for your country.
When should I expect delivery of my order?
Royal Mail normally deliver in the mornings so you should expect delivery before 1pm between Monday and Saturday, however delivery times tend to vary during extremely busy periods when several deliveries take place later than expected. We advise to order earlier to avoid any unforeseen delays.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes. Your purchase is valuable to us so we have to make sure you get it safely which means we need a signature. Sometimes it is up to your local postman to decide whether or not to allow someone other than you to sign for the package. (This may happen if we are delivering to a work address where parcels are signed for at reception.)
Can I send to an alternative delivery address?
Yes, you can send your order to a different address to that registered to your card.
However note that because of the nature of online shopping we take additional measures to make sure that alternative delivery addresses are not potentially fraudulent. Whilst we make every effort to make sure deliveries to alternative addresses are dispatched as quickly as possible, please be aware that such orders are subject to delays. In order to speed this process up we recommend that your alternative address is one of the following:
- A place of work
- A relatives’ address
- A nearby address
What happens if I’m not in when they try to deliver?
In most cases the postman will leave a calling card to say that they tried to deliver. There will be instructions on it for you to follow. You can either pick the parcel up from your local post office or Parcelforce depot or you can rearrange delivery using the relevant Royal Mail or Parcelforce website.
We recommend that you act quickly in case a parcel has not been delivered to you as it might be returned to us after a week.
I’ve still not received my order; what should I do?
If you have received an email from us saying that your order has been shipped and do not receive your watch within five working days of this email please contact us. We’ll track the parcel down for you and let you know what we can do to help.

Wonderful. I bought it to travel to Europe and wanted a stylish small leather Crossbody purse. It’s beautiful and very functional. I love the Wide cloth strap that comes with it (as a free gift) in addition to the leather strap.
I love this purse. It is the perfect size and the slate is just the right shade to match everything! The chevron straps add some fun.
The Crossbody Dark Tan (Teal Peacock Strap) bag is exactly as described. Great quality and love the strap and the option to change it to a smaller one as needed. Great service as well.
I wish it was a bit bigger and had an outside pocket for my cell phone. The cell phone pocket inside is not big enough for an iphone 16 pro. Love the peacock strap though.

The purse is cute however I am not sure it was worth the $123 price point even with the 2 “free accessories”. The craftsmanship was just average and the chain was very cheap quality. I sent pictures of the strap glue that was sloppy and the gold was chipped on the hardware. I wanted to return the bag but being in the US I would have to pay for shipping back. I should have read the return policy better. They did offer me a partial refund however I would have just preferred them to cover the shipping back but that was not offered as an option. I did receive a partial refund but even then the cost of the bag for the craftsmanship on my purse was still too much imo.
Absolutely love my new bag. The colour is great and the bag size is perfect. The fact I can change the strap to match any outfit makes this bag the most versatile bag I own. The quality is also spot on. I 100% recommend this bag

I love this bag. It’s so versatile and truly goes with everything. I just wish the zipper was better. My first one broke and they replaced it but now my second one after a couple of years is starting to stick and not work. I guess it’s not meant to last forever 😕
