Caring for Your Elie Beaumont Watch

Designed with a refined ultra-slim, low-profile case, your Elie Beaumont quartz watch combines understated elegance with everyday practicality. With a little care, it will continue to look and perform beautifully.

3 ATM Water Resistance
The watch is rated to 3 ATM, offering protection against light splashes and everyday moisture. It is not suitable for swimming, bathing, showering or submersion. Avoid operating the crown or buttons when the watch is wet.

Protect the Crystal
The watch features a mineral crystal glass, offering good resistance to everyday scratches and knocks. However, it is not scratch-proof, so avoid contact with hard or abrasive surfaces.

Care for the Leather Strap
The genuine leather strap will naturally develop character with wear. Keep it away from prolonged exposure to water, excessive moisture, perfumes and oils. If it becomes damp, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and allow it to dry naturally.

Quick-Release Strap
The leather strap features easy-to-use quick-release pins, allowing you to change the strap without specialist tools. When replacing the strap, ensure both pins are securely seated and fully engaged before wearing the watch.

Everyday Care
Wipe the watch gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and everyday marks. Avoid household cleaning products, solvents and abrasive materials.

Quartz Movement
Your quartz movement is designed for reliable, low-maintenance timekeeping. If the watch begins to lose time or stops, the battery may require replacement. We recommend having the battery replaced by a qualified watch professional.

Customers are fully responsible for Customs and other import related charges applied to Goods we ship outside the EU, CANADA & USA.

Please note next day delivery only applies to orders placed before mid day, with next day referring to the next working day (Mon-Fri). If placed after this cut-off then delivery will be the next working day after.

Personalised Orders : Please note that due to the time involved in personalising, an extra 4 days delivery time should be added to the above timescales when selecting Standard shipping. If selecting Express Shipping, delivery will be 3 working days to the UK and 7 working days to the rest of the world.

Can I have my order quicker?

Yes, if you need your order in a hurry or before a specific date, please select the chargeable Express shipping option at checkout, at which stage you will be advised of the delivery time and cost involved.

How will my order be delivered?

In our experience “The Royal Mail” and “Parcelforce” are the best guys in the UK for delivering smaller packets. Whilst for European and the Rest of the world we will use the Mail service for standard delivery, GLS, DHL, DPD or UPS (for express)...whoever we believe is best for your country.

When should I expect delivery of my order?

Royal Mail normally deliver in the mornings so you should expect delivery before 1pm between Monday and Saturday, however delivery times tend to vary during extremely busy periods when several deliveries take place later than expected. We advise to order earlier to avoid any unforeseen delays.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes. Your purchase is valuable to us so we have to make sure you get it safely which means we need a signature. Sometimes it is up to your local postman to decide whether or not to allow someone other than you to sign for the package. (This may happen if we are delivering to a work address where parcels are signed for at reception.)

Can I send to an alternative delivery address?

Yes, you can send your order to a different address to that registered to your card.

However note that because of the nature of online shopping we take additional measures to make sure that alternative delivery addresses are not potentially fraudulent. Whilst we make every effort to make sure deliveries to alternative addresses are dispatched as quickly as possible, please be aware that such orders are subject to delays. In order to speed this process up we recommend that your alternative address is one of the following:

- A place of work

- A relatives’ address

- A nearby address

What happens if I’m not in when they try to deliver?

In most cases the postman will leave a calling card to say that they tried to deliver. There will be instructions on it for you to follow. You can either pick the parcel up from your local post office or Parcelforce depot or you can rearrange delivery using the relevant Royal Mail or Parcelforce website.

We recommend that you act quickly in case a parcel has not been delivered to you as it might be returned to us after a week.

I’ve still not received my order; what should I do?

If you have received an email from us saying that your order has been shipped and do not receive your watch within five working days of this email please contact us. We’ll track the parcel down for you and let you know what we can do to help.
