United KingdomBought as a gift with initials on and it looks great. Very subtle and unique. Took a while to be delivered as waiting for the free strap that was on offer. I did have to chase up, but was told that the delay was due to the strap being out of stock. All in all, worth the wait. Customer service a bit lacking, as I had to chase. Would have been better if they could have just dropped an email to say why my order hadn’t been dispatched. But it wouldn’t stop me from ordering direct again.
